Meysey Early Adopters Pricing Plan Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Account Creation

• To qualify for the Early Adopters Unique Pricing Plan, you must create a Meysey Partner Hub account before the end of August 2024.
• You are required to connect at least one client's Xero tenancy to your Meysey account as part of this plan.

2. Pricing and Payment

• The special rate for the Early Adopters Unique Pricing Plan is £100 per month + VAT.
• This plan is offered on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time without penalty.
• Following an initial 14-day free trial period, you will be charged the monthly fee.

3. Duration and Cancellation

• The special rate is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the start date.
• If you cancel your subscription and later choose to reconnect, you will be charged the standard rate applicable at that time.

4. Use of Company Name

• By subscribing to this plan, you agree that Meysey has the right to use your company name as a user of the service in online literature. This agreement does not constitute an endorsement of the service.

5. Feedback and Collaboration

• You agree to provide occasional feedback on the service, which may include participation in surveys or discussions aimed at enhancing the solution and fixing software bugs.

6. Fair Use Policy

• A fair use policy applies to this plan, including but not limited to the requirement that connected Xero tenancies must belong to clients of your firm.

7. Amendments and Modifications

• Meysey reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions with reasonable notice to subscribers.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meysey operates.
